Who's turn is it today...!? *
* And do you mind if I can watch a fucking football match as opposed to get forced into indulging your grief-fest!?
____________
This "applaud on the xth minute for y " is beyond parody now- did I hear it right that there were 4 separate "clapping events" yesterday? It detracts from really important stuff, and if im honest I dont think Ive ever seen the point of any of them.

Yesterday at the villa and birmingham fans applauded on the 21st minute because there's going to be a public enquiry into the 21 people who died in the birmingham bombings .,WHAT THE ACTUAL ****?!

in our example- a minutes applause before the start of the game for Bobby, Johnny Lyall , Ron Greenwood etc is right. For other players who happen to play for us a mention at half time would suffice. The syncronised clapping is just like synchronised singing- nothing to do with our game.

If they dont put a stop to it there will be 88 minutes of clapping soon., Fukcing ridiculous

I don't like this minutes applause thing, should be a minutes silence more respectful in my opinion.

Greif sells. And its one of those times you can legitimately tell someone to shut the fuck up without the fear of being smashed on the face because you're a whingy whiny grief monkey.

Prescient topic, with the poppy thing now dominating football news.

The fans should have a group wank every time their team let a goal in, send a pass astray or give away a free kick

Getting a red card warrants a mass fart-&-follow-through event.

Yes there's too much of it and it has lost any meaning through overuse. Speaking personally part of the reason I love the game is to be an escape from sentimentality and real-world issues, not just another public opportunity for them.

I cant wait for the day that a team is clapping whilst the opposition score. We nearly did it ourselves a few years ago. Ridiculous.

Blackburn fans didn't turn up til the 18th min and left on the 75th min because Blackburn were formed in 1875 ..... to show their displeasure at something to do with their owners.

Might have been about them using Jack Russells in their chicken pies.
